While our facilities are in compliance with the standards set by government and regulatory agencies across North America, it is our own standard that is most stringent. For over 50 years, we have continually sought to exceed the standard to deliver the best possible products for our customers.

All New Zealand and Australian lamb is graded for condition and fat cover by New Zealand and Australia government graders. Only products that meet our rigid requirements as well as those of our customers are further processed.
